Office Athletes started working with Arm in 2015, initially to providing strength and conditioning training to the team. Recognising the importance of team wellbeing, Arm has vastly extended Office Athlete’s remit so that we now provide a complete Corporate Wellbeing solution:

The Judge Business School, University of Cambridge

We were challenged to produce a Wellbeing package for a two-week residential course that would cater for developing, highly motivated executives from a full range of industry backgrounds, and also a wide spectrum of cultural backgrounds. We developed a mixed package based on initial postural evaluation and testing, educational seminars and practical coached sessions at the historic Goldie Boat House, home to the Cambridge Boat Race crews.

I regularly worked with Office Athletes on a residential executive programme I run, and Office Athletes were always a great hit with the participants. The model of combining voluntary group exercise activities with the creation of tailored fitness regimes for individual participants works perfectly. The group activities are a great way to promote togetherness and team spirit among what is often a diverse body of people, while the tailored regimes provide something concrete for participants to take away and work on once the programme has finished.
